  • I don’t accept furry or pornographic commissions.

  • Artistic nudity is okay.

TERM OF SERVICE

  • Contact me to book a commission.

  • We’ll discuss your idea, references, and all the details.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot. The remaining 50% is paid after sketch approval.

  • Headshot commissions: no sketch stage and 100% payment upfront.

  • Once booked, I’ll add your commission to my schedule (waitlist) and send you a task with all the details.

  • Then it’s my turn to work my magic ✨

  • And finally — you get your art!

USAGE

  • Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial use has been discussed and agreed upon in advance.

  • I may share completed commissions on my social media and include them in my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

DEADLINES

  • Please check the commission task I send you carefully. It will include all important information about your commission, including the artwork details, payment, and estimated timeline.

  • Commissions typically take 1–2 months to complete. More complex projects may require additional time.

  • There is no guaranteed completion date unless a specific deadline has been agreed upon in advance.

  • If you need the artwork by a specific date (birthday, anniversary, etc.), please discuss it with me before making the payment.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & TERMS

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

  • Once work on the commission has begun, payments are non-refundable.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to scheduling issues, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasonable causes. If I cancel the commission, the client will receive a refund for any unfinished work.

  • I retain the copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork. Unless otherwise agreed, I may display, publish, promote, print, or otherwise use the artwork.

  • If you would like your commission to remain private or be posted only after a certain date (for example, if it is a gift or surprise), please let me know beforehand.

  • Commissioning me and submitting payment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
